Return Policy

The following product categories are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • All commercial products
  • Special order products
  • Products that have been customized
  • Parts
  • Consumable goods -items such as coffee, tea, milk, water filters, paper coffee filters, cleaning tablets, descaling solutions, cleaning powders, etc
  • Glassware & Pitchers -Ceramic or glass cups and all milk frothing pitchers.

Warranty Info

Most products carry a one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty. In many cases Tanzillo Espresso handles warranty claims in house on behalf of manufacturers. Our service department is highly skilled and an authorized warranty repair centre.
